The Zurich illustrator, painter and designer of numerous travel posters Hugo Laubi created this poster image for the spectacular White Turf horse race on the lake of St. Moritz in 1924. Laubi’s stirring design masterfully conveys the dynamic energy of the two jockeys on their galloping horses before a magnificent backdrop of Engadine mountain scenery.
