Annotations:
The faksimile edition of the "La Boite Verte" was published 1934, short after Duchamp learned about the breakage of his artwork "Grosses Glas". The edition carries the same title "La Mariée mise à nue par ses celibataires, même". It was only after a long time of intensive studies about his past during which his main interests were paid to the up to 20 years old notes of the period of formation of his master piece, the "Grosses Glas", before this work was executed.

The subject of these notes are multifaceted and reach from complex theoretical studies up to manual skills details. They are inevitable elements of the work "Grosses Glas".
